The oxygen facial involves a machine which will spray highly concentrated oxygen molecules right into your epidermis. The ampoule we use for this facial is rich in hyaluronic acid, peptides and vitamins, which will penetrate deep into your skin layers through the blast of pressurised oxygen molecules. Such a delivery of the ampoule will allow for an enhanced absorption rate, giving you a healthy glow. This treatment will also stimulate the production of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin – all of the good stuff you will need to keep your skin bouncy.
This facial is specially designed for blemished and problematic skin, and places greater emphasis on extractions and exfoliation for a thorough skin detox. This treatment refines the skin’s texture and deeply cleanses pores through the use of glycolic and salicylic acid peels. This chemical peel works to target skin laxity, acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and uneven skin texture. A cooling machine will then be used to cool the skin’s temperature while a purifying ampoule is applied for maximum absorption. The treatment will end with LED light therapy and a chamomile mask which will help to treat inflammation and sooth skin.
This is the ultimate anti-aging treatment for plumping skin and reducing fine lines. It involves a machine which utilises both hot and cold temperatures – heat increases blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates the growth of new collagen and elastin, while the cold temperature boosts skin metabolism and energy, resulting in visible skin renewal. A collagen ampoule will be applied at the same time to maximise absorption, which will in turn deeply hydrate and plump the skin, resulting in fresh and clear skin.
This revitalising and brightening facial is perfect for dry, dull and/or tired skin, beginning with an enzyme peel which will remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells, followed by the application of an ampoule boosted with vitamins A, C and E, all of which contribute to improved skin health and protection. In order to ensure maximum penetration, this will be accompanied with the concurrent use of a cold machine. The treatment will end with LED light therapy and a brightening mask which will leave your complexion softer, smoother and more radiant.
Gua sha, also known as skin scraping, is a traditional Chinese therapy which helps to promote better blood circulation which in turn helps to smoothen out fine lines and wrinkles on the face. This treatment is ideal for both men and women who wish to combat the signs of facial ageing with natural looking results. In particular, this technique is excellent for decreasing dark under-eye circles and puffiness.
The highlight of the treatment would be the use of jade tools to stimulate the lymph nodes on your face. This will be followed by a gentle gua sha therapy around the eyes and an acupressure face massage, which will help to uplift sagging skin by making your skin firmer and more supple, and is finished with a lymphatic drainage massage.
The pre and post-natal facial treatments use all natural products which do not contain any chemicals, and do not involve the use of any machines.
A serum containing lactic acid will be used to deal with pregnancy-induced acne, if any. Lactic acid is safe to use during pregnancy and will help to refine your pores, keeping the skin smooth and hydrated. Ice globes will also be rolled on the face to reduce redness and inflammation after a gentle extraction.
In addition, the therapist will use precise gua sha techniques which will stimulate blood circulation, oxygenating the skin and reducing the appearance of dark circles. In particular, the therapist will identify your lymphatic drainage structure and apply a specialized stroking technique to increase lymphatic drainage in the face, which helps with the draining of excess fluid around the eye area to reduce puffy eye bags and eye pouches. A lifting effect will be visible after several sessions.
The Fire and Ice Facial is a 60-minute intensive treatment using two professional masques from iS Clinical. It is designed to resurface the skin, reduce fine lines, wrinkles and hyper-pigmentation, help clear acne and improve acne scarring. It provides instant brightening, tightening and smoothing effects with no downtime.
The ‘Fire’ part of the facial is a resurfacing masque clinically formulated with 18% unbuffered glycolic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, vitamin B3, retinol and potent antioxidants, including green tea extracts. This is then followed by the ‘Ice’ part of the facial, which involves the application of a rejuvenating masque containing hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, green tea, grape seed and rosemary extracts which soothes and hydrates the skin.
After a final cleanse, a serum rich in hyaluronic acid will be applied to the face and neck. In order to ensure maximum penetration, a cold machine will be used concurrently to massage the face and neck areas, which will in turn help to refine pores and restore firmness. This will then be followed by LED light therapy to further rejuvenate the skin from within, before ending with a light shoulder massage. Do note that there will be no extraction.
* For pregnant women: Cold machine will be replaced by ice
globes. LED light therapy will be replaced by a longer massage.
Step 1: Double cleansing
Step 2: To soften blackheads, an enzyme peel will be applied for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Light extraction.
Step 4: A concentrated serum of amino acids (which are the building blocks for collagen production) will be applied before using a derma roller to go over your skin. This titanium roller device has microneedles that 0.25mm in diameter that help to create micro-injuries in your epidermis, which in turn initiates the body’s natural healing properties and induces increased collagen production.
Step 5: To soothe your skin after the microneedling, a cooling mask rich in aloe vera extract will be applied.
Step 6: A hyaluronic acid concentrate containing both high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (which helps to lock in moisture) and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (which stimulates collagen synthesis and has a deep re-plumbing action) will be applied alongside a cold machine with LED light. In addition to providing a soothing effect, the cold machine also helps to ensure to maximise penetration and absorption, boosting the skin’s natural repair process and enhancing the plumbing action, all of which help in faster recovery post treatment.
Step 7: To wrap up, a finishing mask rich in multi-vitamins will be applied to the skin to further boost the natural healing process of the skin.
A Swedish massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles and increasing the level of oxygen in the blood. It helps to improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension. This massage incorporates several specific techniques, including long, gliding strokes to help break up trigger points and rhythmic tapping with cupped hands to facilitate relaxation. These techniques combine to relax the entire body by warming up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up any knots.
A Thai massage involves our therapist applying rhythmic pressure using the hands and forearms to the meridians of the body. A full session involves the twisting and stretching of the entire body into various positions. You can choose your preferred level of pressure – soft, medium or hard. This form of massage helps to ameliorate many different health problems, including tension headaches, back pain and joint stiffness.
The prenatal massage helps to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy like backaches, stiff necks, leg cramps, water retention and edema. Depending on the stage of your pregnancy, our therapists will also perform different massage techniques to help relieve your discomfort. Prenatal massages help to relieve stress on joints, aid blood circulation between the mother and the baby, and also improve the flexibility of birthing muscles, which in turn improves the progression of delivery.
We also offer corporate massage packages where you will be able to provide massages for your employees in the office. We have an array of customised services to meet your company’s needs, including on site chair massages for the upper back, neck and shoulders, as well as on site full body massages on portable beds. Depending on your preference, we can do 10-20 minutes of massage per employee.
By pampering your employees with massages, you are showing them that they are valued and appreciated and that you care for their welfare, and this will in turn reduce stress in the workplace and improve productivity.
The deep tissue massage utilizes slow, firm strokes and pressure to ease and release tension deep in the muscles. While some of the massage strokes may appear similar to that of a Swedish massage, this in fact involves slower and firmer strokes with deep finger pressure focusing on particular areas such as muscle fibres and tendons, which in turn helps to break down muscle knots or adhesions.
Sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with any kind of activities, not limited to just sports. Not only does it enable muscles and joints to heal faster after injury, it also prevents future injury by identifying and treating current muscle weakness, tiredness and problem areas.
